Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of OmMarginshield, a Shopify application for product price monitoring, pricing recommendations, and merchant-controlled pricing workflows.

Use of OmMarginshield

By installing OmMarginshield, you agree to allow the application to modify your product pricing based on the parameters you set. You are responsible for configuring targets, pricing limits, approval settings, and account access appropriately for your store.

Merchant Control

OmMarginshield is designed to follow merchant-defined pricing guardrails and approval settings. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations, enabling or disabling automation settings, and confirming that your pricing strategy is appropriate for your products and market.

Shopify Billing and Subscription Terms

OmMarginshield subscriptions are billed through Shopify Billing. The current plan is $29.99 USD every 30 days after a 7-day free trial, unless a different Shopify-approved plan is shown during installation or billing approval. You can cancel the subscription from Shopify admin or from the OmMarginshield settings screen.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse OmMarginshield, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in a way that violates Shopify policies, applicable laws, or third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

OmMarginshield is not responsible for lost revenue due to market fluctuations or user misconfiguration. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmMarginshield is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific financial outcomes.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service for abuse of the API. You may uninstall OmMarginshield from your Shopify admin at any time.
